SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIME
All our packages are sent with "Track & Trace" with which you can track your order online.

1. We strive to deliver your order on time, the customer and / or recipients are responsible for providing the complete and correct delivery address during the purchase.

2. Next Level is not responsible for damage suffered by the customer or recipient as a result of missing products and / or the shipping costs of the products or the replacement of these products or in any way whatsoever.

3. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us by phone or e-mail. Do this within seven days of receiving your order, preferably with a photo of the package and contents. Please do not return any products without prior permission.

Only when the products have been safely received and inspected by us will a refund be made. Original shipping costs and import duties are not refunded. The same applies to other costs for returning and insuring products, unless otherwise agreed.

4. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, the liability is transferred to the customer / receiver as soon as an order leaves our warehouse. If your package is stopped by customs because of the content, we can not be held responsible.
