Mulungu has been used as a relaxing tea in Brazil for years. The herb relaxes the body. Mulungu sooths the tension in your muscles and the nerve system and helps you sleeping.
Boil 250 ml of water and add 2 teaspoons of cut Mulungu. Boil it for 20 minutes with the lid on on low fire.
Dosage per day is half a cup of boiled bark. Research has shown that people with low bloodpressure (or use antihypertensive medication) have to drink it with moderation and keep track of their bloodpressure.
